Inspirational Gems

Here's a truly inspiration talk on TED by Elizabeth Gilbert - author of Eat, Pray, Love

A few of her words that particularly resonated with me were - "from an exquisite portion of your life"

Tide in, tide out - the rhythm of the tides echoes the varied experiences of our lives, and encourages us to trust the process of change.
